Non-Disclosure Agreement
At RankUp, your privacy is our top priority. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on request to ensure your ideas and data stay protected.
Payment Terms & Process
We prefer to communicate via written discussions for clarity. Clients are expected to share complete project requirements and mockups for accurate quoting. The quote will only be finalized after both parties clearly understand the scope of work.
Upon quote approval, we require a 50% to 100% advance payment depending on the project’s scope. We usually work on our own staging server; however, if the client prefers, we can use their server.
RankUp is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party developers working on the same project. Work done on live websites is only started after receiving full advance payment.
We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal.
Clients are expected to share any revision requests or feedback within 3 days of project completion (shown on staging). If no feedback is received, the project is considered approved and complete. Final payments must be made within 1 week of project completion. Delays will be forwarded to our recovery team.
Working on Pre-Made Themes
If RankUp is hired to work on a third-party theme (e.g., ThemeForest), we are not responsible for code issues created by the theme developer. Clients must contact the original developer for fixes. RankUp can offer help at additional cost.
If we recommend a theme and it’s approved by the client but causes later issues due to poor code, we are not liable.
Paid Plugins and Applications
Clients must purchase any premium plugins or apps required for the project. These purchases remain the client’s sole property.
Custom Design Cycle
When custom illustrations or characters are needed, we will quote separately based on the number of items. For regular projects, we use royalty-free images and Font Awesome icons.
Clients are responsible for providing stock images or royalty-free assets. RankUp does not claim responsibility for licensing issues with content provided by clients.
Typically, 2–3 design mockups are created per page. Clients must approve these before development begins. Any changes during development that differ from the approved design will be charged extra.
Responsive Matrix
To ensure your website ranks well on Google (as per MobileGeddon updates), our frontend team delivers responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
If a custom layout is needed for mobile/tablet, PSDs must be provided and will incur additional charges.
Content Terms
RankUp reserves the right to refuse service to any project without explanation. We do not accept work related to illegal, offensive, adult, drug-related, alcohol, or gambling content.
Clients are solely responsible for the content they provide and its copyright status.
Customer Support
We provide support through email or Skype to ensure quality service. Calls and text chat can also be scheduled as needed.
For custom work, fill out our Estimation Form, and we’ll respond within 1 business day. We provide 30 days of free bug fixes after project approval. Any requests after this period will be charged at our hourly rate.
Fast turnaround is our goal, but timelines are shared only after full project review. Clients are expected to respond within 24 hours to feedback requests to keep projects on schedule.
